Case Group (Holdings) Ltd are recruiting an experienced Compliance Manager to join our busy team at our prestigious new offices in Olney. You should already have experience of working in a similar role, supporting the Management team in maintaining our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies ensuring they comply with all relevant legislation, standards and policies.
An experienced QHSE with the ability to apply inspirational leadership skills who will work with the business to improve the QHSE culture in a positive and engaging manner that reflect the business and its goals.
To deliver internal training necessary to promote understanding of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality subjects and how they affect them in their roles.
Liaise with colleagues and customers where necessary to ensure standards are followed and maintained.
Production of risk assessments/method statements for all works carried out by the company.
To ensure correct PPE is being used and worn correctly.
To provide quality, health and safety training and inductions.
To manage and maintain the company’s ISO9001 and ISO14001 and all other accreditations and registrations.
To carry out internal and external audits ensuring compliance and report and implement corrective action or non compliance.
To work with external auditors to ensure our continued registrations with industry specific inspectorates.
Ideally you should have:
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
– Accurate, efficient and organised
– Adaptive with the ability to prioritise task
– Ability to liaise with external contacts and with individuals across departments
