MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Controller to join our expanding scheduling team at our recently constructed new offices in Olney. You will be providing first class electronic security service response to major food retailers, TFL, leisure sector, high street Banks and other commercial and domestic customers within the UK.
Full ongoing training and support on the use of our systems will be provided and you will be assigned a mentor buddy.
You will be scheduling a team of service engineers predominantly in the South of the UK, including London, to ensure we achieve our SLA’s and KPI’s in line with our customer requirements. Receiving service requests, liaising, monitoring and organising our team of engineers, ordering requests for replacement stock and updating our inhouse and customers database to close completed calls.
You should ideally have experience of scheduling engineers, have the ability to liaise with external contacts and colleagues across departments, to be adaptive, to prioritise tasks, be accurate, efficient and organised and be a good communicator
